Prices and availability: All prices of products and services on this website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. The exchange rate to your local currency at check-out will be determined by your credit card company or bank in accordance with their terms and conditions. In some countries, additional taxes may be charged in such cases, these charges will be charged separately by the courier company and/or local tax authorities, and they are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery charges may apply on a per order basis.

Placing an order:

Receipt of Your order:

Payment:
Upon receipt of your order, we will carry out standard pre-authorization checks on your payment card to ensure that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Your card will be debited once your order has been validated (see below). For orders by bank transfer, we will dispatch your purchase only upon receipt of funds in our account.
CONTRACT:
By placing an order with us, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of the order. Please note that your order is subject to availability and this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Once your items have been chosen and prepared for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email, which will constitute our contract with you to supply the goods and services detailed in the email.
Dispatch:

We inform you in writing of the sending of your articles.
We will send you in writing at the latest at the time of delivery confirmation of at least the following information:

Place of delivery:
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.
Delivery delay:
Unless longer manufacturing, processing, shipping and/or delivery times are required, the products ordered are delivered within 4 to 6 working days from receipt of your order.
Delivery will be deemed to occur on the date of first presentation of the products to the delivery address indicated.
Observations on the delivery or the products delivered:
You must imperatively check the packages and the products on delivery. If you have any reservations or observations justifying the products being returned to us, You must proceed as indicated in article 4 below.
If you order a product and it is no longer available in stock, the GENA company can offer you the same product with a larger stone size and/or better stone quality and the customer cannot dispute the sale.
However, the customer may of course exchange or return his product within the time allowed according to these GCS if he is not satisfied with his purchase.
Ownership – Risks:
The transfer of ownership of the products takes place upon full payment of the price. The transfer of risk on the products takes place upon delivery of the products.
Package not received:
In the event that your package is indicated as delivered but you find yourself without a package. Please send an email to contact@genajewelry.com so that we can do a search with our delivery providers.
You must attach to this email:
A signed sworn statement as well as a recto/verso photocopy of your identity document.
This process will take several days in order to have all the information necessary for the smooth running of the search and/or reimbursement procedure.
Returns:
The company GENA applies the policy of satisfaction or reimbursed in order to best satisfy its customers.
Right to retract:
Pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen clear days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties. Return costs are borne by THE END CUSTOMER. You must attach proof to your shipment in order for the refund or exchange to be made.
To do so, you must inform GENA customer service in writing to contact@genajewelry.com of your decision before returning the products to us, and then follow the return process described below (return process).
We will reimburse you no later than thirty days following the date on which your right of withdrawal was exercised.
4.2 Conditions for Accepting Returns
The returns provided for in article 4.1 above will only be accepted by GENA and will only give rise to a refund or exchange if:
(I) the products are returned to us complete and in perfect condition and accompanied by a copy of the original purchase invoice; thus, items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be taken back under any circumstances.
(II) Our specialists confirm that the product, or any other component of the product, conforms to the product that was sent to You, without damage, modification or intervention of any kind. 4.3 Terms of refund and exchange
In the event of receipt of a defective product or if the customer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal or an exchange, he may request a credit note or a refund by writing to contact@genajewelry.com. In the event that the customer does not comply with this procedure, the processing time for the return of the package may be considerably extended. A refund is then only possible if the customer has respected the period of the right of withdrawal.
GENA undertakes to reimburse the customer within a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the returned package.
Refunds will only take into account the products and not the shipping costs.
Product return method:
Shipping costs related to the return are the responsibility of the customer as stipulated in the Returns article above.
