CONDITIONS OF SALE
By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Pricing and Availability: All prices for products and services on this website are in Euros (€) and include VAT. The exchange rate with your local currency at checkout will be determined by your credit card company or bank in accordance with their terms and conditions. In some countries, additional taxes may be charged in such cases, these charges will be invoiced separately by the courier company and/or local tax authorities, and they are the buyer's responsibility. Delivery charges may be applied on a per-order basis.

Placing an order:

Receiving your order:
As soon as your order is registered on the site, and within a maximum of three working days from this registration, we acknowledge receipt of your order and inform you of it. GENA is only bound by the order from the sending of this acknowledgement of receipt. Payment:
Upon receipt of your order, we will carry out standard pre-authorisation checks on your payment card to ensure that sufficient funds are available to complete the transaction. Your card will be charged once your order has been validated (see below). For bank transfer orders, we will only dispatch your purchase once the funds are in our account.
CONTRACT:
By placing an order with us, you will receive an email from us acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that your order is subject to availability and this email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Once your items have been chosen and prepared for delivery, we will send you a confirmation email, which will constitute our contract with you to supply the goods and services detailed in the email.

Delivery location:

Delivery times:
Unless longer manufacturing, processing, shipping and/or delivery times are required, ordered products are delivered within 4 to 6 working days from receipt of your order.

Comments on delivery or products delivered:
You must check the packages and products upon delivery. If you have any reservations or observations justifying the products being returned to us, you must proceed as indicated in Article 4 below.
If you order a product and it is no longer available in stock, GENA may offer you the same product with a larger stone size and/or better stone quality and the customer will not be able to contest the sale.
The customer may, however, of course exchange or return their product within the time limits set out in these General Terms and Conditions if they are not satisfied with their purchase.
Property – Risks:
The transfer of ownership of the products takes place upon full payment of the price. The transfer of risks on the products takes place upon delivery of the products.
Package not received:
In the event that your package is indicated as delivered but you find yourself without a package. Please send an email to contact@genajewelry.com so that we can make a search with our delivery providers.
It is imperative to attach to this email:
A signed affidavit and a photocopy of both sides of your identity document.
This process will take several days in order to have all the information necessary for the smooth running of the search and/or reimbursement procedure.
Returns:
GENA applies a money-back guarantee policy in order to best satisfy its customers.
Right of withdrawal:
In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen clear days from receipt of the products to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalties. Return costs are borne by THE END CUSTOMER. You must attach proof, provided by email, to your shipment so that the refund or exchange can be made.
To do this, you must inform GENA customer service in writing at contact@genajewelry.com of your decision before returning the products to us, and then follow the process indicated during the email exchanges (return process).
We will reimburse you no later than thirty days following the date on which your right of withdrawal was exercised.
4.2 Conditions for accepting returns
Returns provided for in Article 4.1 above will only be accepted by GENA and will only give rise to reimbursement or exchange if:
(I) the products are returned to us complete and in perfect condition; thus, items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled will not be accepted under any circumstances.
(II) Our specialists confirm that the product, or any other constituent element of the product, are in conformity with the product which was sent to You, without damage, modification or intervention of any kind.
4.3 Refund and exchange terms
In case of receipt of a defective product or if the customer wants to exercise his right of withdrawal or an exchange, he can request a credit or a refund by writing to contact@genajewelry.com. In the event that the customer does not respect this procedure, the processing time for the return of the package may be considerably extended. A refund is then only possible if the customer has respected the period of the right of withdrawal.
GENA undertakes to reimburse the customer within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the returned package.
Refunds will only take into account the products and not the shipping costs.
Product return method:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. as stipulated in the Returns section above.
1) the product must be returned in secure packaging with its original box and/or pouch. Please indicate in the return via the document sent by email when requesting the return:
- Reason for return.
- Your desire for exchange or refund.

2) Your return must be sent by Colissimo (La Poste) to the following address provided by email.
It is strongly recommended to keep your proof of return. In the event of loss or theft of the package, it can only be refunded upon presentation of this document.

From time to time we may offer discount codes to our customers; these codes are governed by the terms and conditions explicitly stated therein.
