Deliveries & returns
Our orders are shipped from Paris to all countries worldwide (subject to local and political restrictions).
Orders are shipped and delivered within 3 to 5 business days in France from order confirmation, and approximately 7 days for international orders.
In the event of exceptional delays, you will of course be informed.
You have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal and request an exchange or refund. Products must be in perfect condition for the return to be accepted.
If you wish to return your product, simply send an email to contact@genajewelry.com informing us of your return request.
You can request an exchange or a refund if you meet the conditions.
If you experience any issues with your delivery (unusually long delays or a package marked as "delivered" but not actually delivered), please contact us by email at contact@genajewelry.com . Don't worry, we will do everything we can to locate your order with our carrier and offer you a solution.
Garantie
Tous les bijoux GENA bénéficient de la garantie légale de conformité ainsi que de la garantie contre les vices cachés, conformément à la loi.
En complément, nous proposons une garantie commerciale de 2 ans couvrant certains défauts de fabrication ou altérations anormales, après validation par notre service client.
La garantie peut notamment couvrir :
- un défaut de fabrication,
- un fermoir défectueux,
- une soudure fragilisée,
- une pierre qui se détache dans le cadre d’un usage normal,
- une altération anormale du bijou.
Chaque demande est étudiée au cas par cas par notre équipe.
La garantie ne couvre pas les dommages liés à l’usure normale ou à une mauvaise utilisation du bijou.
Cela inclut notamment :
- les micro-rayures,
- la perte progressive d’éclat,
- l’usure naturelle de la dorure,
- les déformations ou casses dues à un choc,
- les dommages causés par l’eau, l’humidité, les produits chimiques ou les frottements répétés,
- les rayures ou taches liées à un mauvais rangement.
Pour préserver vos bijoux, nous recommandons d’éviter :
- la douche, la piscine, la mer,
- le sport,
- le contact avec parfums, crèmes, lotions ou produits ménagers,
- les frottements répétés,
- le rangement sans protection avec d’autres bijoux.
Ces situations peuvent provoquer :
- une usure prématurée de la dorure,
- une oxydation,
- des rayures,
- une déformation,
- une perte de pierre.
Si le dommage ne relève pas de la garantie, nous pouvons dans certains cas proposer une réparation, sous réserve de faisabilité.
Le tarif indicatif est de 10 € par élément défectueux, hors frais éventuels de transport.

All our jewelry is made of 925 sterling silver, rhodium-plated (silver color) or 18-karat gold-plated (rose or gold color). They are water-resistant.
Applying a thin layer of rhodium gives the alloy a whiter, brighter shine. This tarnish-resistant metal also allows silver jewelry to retain its color, while giving it a whiter, brighter luster than traditional silver jewelry. Rhodium plating thus ensures that your jewelry remains as brilliant over time as it was on day one.
If your favorite product appears to be out of stock on the site, please do not hesitate to send us an email to contact@genajewelry.com so that we can give you the restocking timeframe.

The jewelry is delivered in a small cardboard box with a foam insert.
For environmental and efficiency reasons, we pack several pieces of jewelry in the same box. If you would like one piece of jewelry per box, you must select "gift wrapping" for each item (€2).
The invoice is never included in the package.
We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as Paypal and ApplePay payments.
Mistakes happen, and we all change our minds! If you wish to modify or cancel your order and it has not yet been shipped, please email us at contact@genajewelry.com within 48 hours so that we can process your request.
You can track your order in your customer area. Click on the icon in the top right corner of the screen and the tracking information will appear in "My Orders" .
