Orders are shipped and delivered within 4 to 6 working days from the order confirmation. In the event of exceptional delays, you will of course be informed.
You have 14 calendar days to exercise your right of withdrawal and request an exchange or refund. The products must be in perfect condition for the return to be accepted.
If you wish to return your product, simply send an email to email@example.com informing us of your return request. You can request a credit or a refund if you meet the conditions.

Gena jewels are made to accompany you on a daily basis and resist time. To take the best care of it, follow our maintenance advice on thispage.
All our jewelry is in 925 thousandths silver rhodium (silver color) or gilded with fine 18-carat gold (pink or gold color). They are water resistant. Applying a thin layer of rhodium helps to give a whiter and brighter luster to the alloy. An unalterable metal, it also allows silver jewelry to retain its color, while also giving it a whiter and shinier shine than classic silver jewelry. Rhodium plating therefore makes it possible to have a piece of jewelery as dazzling over time as on the first day.
All jewelry is guaranteed for 2 months. During this period, the repair is taken care of by us. Beyond these 2 months, the repair will be done on estimate.

You can track your order in your customer area. Click on the icon at the top right of the screen and the tracking appears in "My orders".
Sometimes you make a mistake or change your mind! If you wish to modify or cancel your order, send us an email to email@example.com within 48 hours so that we can respond to your request.
The jewels are delivered in a small box, inside a suede pouch. The invoice is never slipped into the package. If you want to add a little word or special packaging, you can add a message in the "Note" box when placing the order.
