Your package is sent confidentially (no apparent mention of the brand and the product). We offer delivery in France and internationally. For the sake of transparency, please note that all our parcels are insured at real value with the insurer AXA in the event of loss or theft.

You also have the option of picking up your order free of charge from our premises located in Paris in the 16th arrondissement by appointment only, Monday to Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. As soon as you choose this delivery method and your order is validated, our customer service will contact you by email to agree on the time slot with you.

For our silver jewelry:

The jewels are made of 925 sterling silver using the "micro-set" fine jewelry technique.

We recommend that you use them very carefully, to avoid any impact and contact with chemical substances (perfume, lotion). They are however resistant to water since they are gilded with fine 18 carat gold or rhodium . Applying a thin layer of rhodium helps to give a whiter and brighter luster to the alloy. An unalterable metal, it also allows silver jewelry to retain its color, while also giving it a whiter and shinier shine than classic silver jewelry. Rhodium plating therefore makes it possible to have a piece of jewelery as dazzling over time as on the first day.

Gena jewels are guaranteed for 2 months from the date of receipt for any problem of discoloration of the metal or the loss of a zirconium within the framework of normal use of the jewel.
