Shipping takes place within 2 to 4 working days via Colissimo or Colissimo Pickup Point.

Delivery is free to a collection point in France for orders over €80.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to return the item without giving a reason. Return requests should be sent to contact@genajewelry.com . More details on our return policy .

For environmental and efficiency reasons, we pack several pieces of jewelry in the same box. If you would like one piece of jewelry per box, you must select "gift wrapping" for each item.

The jewelry is water resistant , but avoid contact with other products (swimming pool, dishes, perfume...) to keep its shine.
You can store your jewelry in the box with insert included in all our orders when you are not wearing them for a long period of time, and use a pouch or suede cloth to clean them regularly.
